The high of my day: a peer who said 2 month ago "I prefer not to pair up, rather work on my own" agreed to a follow up #ensemble session because they find it useful for the system integration test. That means the world to me. #EnsembleTesting #BetterTogether #collaboration

@ezagroba @j19sch @maaretp @lperold My question: sounds like some of you resisted ensemble at first... how to overcome hesitancy to evaluate the practice? I don't know a tester who is hesitant to evaluate a practice. I think that's what we're great at: judging things @ezagroba #Agile2021 #EnsembleTesting

Ensemble work is meant to be pleasurable. So should be free to stop and retro "in the moment" if you're feeling "pain" so the group can respond and adjust #EnsembleTesting #EnsembleCoding #Agile2021

@ezagroba @j19sch @maaretp @lperold Different ways to run session, e.g. forcing people to voice their models, For the same problem, you could easily spend hours by taking a different perspective. Have a way of framing it. @maaretp #Agile2021 #EnsembleTesting
