@epilepsysociety I find that drinking more water helps and less coffee too. Do not rush doing anything but take my time. Donβt worry too much so keep your mind active on puzzles etc and donβt sit in direct sunshine too long either it all helps for me.

@epilepsysociety Iβm just a normal person like everyone else I have my limits for doing things but so does everyone Iβm not different just because Iβm epileptic. Friends and family understand but new people I meet donβt always get the fact that Iβm just the same as everyone else
