I know $XRP's back to $2.20 & its $86B $XRP Treasury's only 3.4x Ripple's $26B private mkt val'n...
...but when Fortress, $GLXY, Citadel, Pantera, et al AND the co itself are ALL paying $40B/$250 a share for Ripple Labs...
...I'm amazed #TFG isn't at new ATHs!?

#RippleLabs $159+ again, puts #Tetragon on a 53% DISCOUNT vs. pro-forma NAV (per below)...
...does NOT inc. #HawkesPoint 10%+ gains since, and/or post-#Equitix tender, and/or pot'l $175/$225/$250/$XRP Treasury val'ns ahd for Ripple!?

With #RippleLabs announcing another new $250/share tender offer* - and again escalating the price +43% from their last $175/share tender offer in June - I thk it's time for another #Tetragon Financial 🧵👇!

Sorry, IR call today/factsht tomorrow, but from H1 report, we know #TFG now trades on a mere 4% premium to its #Equitix stake ALONE…
…so investors get an ex-Equitix $25B AUM #altasset biz, a ~2.25%/$350M #RippleLabs stake & a net $1.2B inv’t portfolio for FREE!

Ahd of Wed's factsheet/investor call, a late release of #Tetragon H1 report:
https://t.co/jDRCmQ2lJg
#TFG NAV jumps 8%+ in Jun to $38.74/share ($42.58/undiluted), driven by #Equitix deal & #RippleLabs reval/tender, somewhat offset by more Hawke's Pt vol.
#Tetragon's H1 call on Wed is at 3pm BST:

Questions/commentary re timing/use of #Equitix transaction proceeds, #RippleLabs reval'n into #TFG's second largest portfolio hldg & $TFG.AS current 56% NAV disct will be of particular interest to investors...

But tht end-May NAV obv does NOT inc. impact of the latest #RippleLabs tender offer, or the #Equitix stake sale...

#Tetragon Dec factsheet:

As expected, #RippleLabs is the highlight, getting marked up again by another +60%, to $242M...
...still leaves #TFG on a massive 56% NAV disct, with #Equitix & Ripple alone accting for nrly 90% of its mkt cap.
@NicholasBr95219 £4.2B to a pot'l £7B in jst 4.5 yrs implies Viridor's been been an amazing deal on an equity IRR basis!
#Equitix now owns 35%, but tht's a £7B EV (so inc. debt) & I'm sure they took some mark-ups along the way, so I'm guessing this deal wdn't really move the needle on $14B AUM.
