Registrar, Chit Fund & Societies, Ghaziabad @drgzbnoida ▶️Assistant Director, Electrical Safety Dept, Gautam Buddha Nagar ▶️SDM, Sadar,Gautam Buddha Nagar @GbnSdm ▶️ADM(F&R), Gautam Buddha Nagar @dmgbnagar Resp Sir/Madam, I am writing to you on behalf of the residents of Shivalik Homes Society, HRA-09, Surajpur Site C Group Housing Extn-II, Greater Noida,UP-201306 to bring to your immediate attention the severe lack of maintenance and critical safety hazards in our building. Despite multiple escalations to the Builder of Shivalik Homes Society i.e., M/s Cosmos Infraestate Pvr Ltd & their Maintenance Agency i.e. M/s Shree Estate, no corrective action has been taken, leaving the residents in a vulnerable position. We are currently facing the following life-threatening issues daily: Frequent Lift Breakdowns: The lifts in the building break down repeatedly, often trapping residents inside. The emergency alarms and ventilation systems in the lifts are frequently non-functional. Falling Plaster and Structural Damage: Large chunks of concrete and plaster are regularly peeling off and falling from the ceilings of the corridors, balconies, and outer walls. Severe Threat to Children and Senior Citizens: Our building houses a large number of elderly residents and young children. The falling debris and unreliable lifts pose an immediate, severe threat to their physical safety and mobility. An accident could prove fatal. Given the deteriorating state of the structure and the imminent risk to human life, we request your department to intervene urgently. We kindly urge you to: Conduct an immediate structural safety inspection of the premises. Issue an official notice to the responsible management/builder to carry out urgent structural repairs and lift overhauls. We have attached photographs of the damaged plaster and lift maintenance logs for your immediate reference. We look forward to your prompt action before a major mishap occurs.
