Dear #Mormons & #exMos, You're missing the real story that hustled the entire world. Mormon Church creation was part of the big picture scam. Mormon pioneers were reset victims. Brigham & the Rothschilds dug up the Salt Lake Temple & the rest of SLC just like the rest of the US.

Smart moves #Exmos could make--but probably won't. 1. Stop believing that drinking coffee is better than exaltation. 2. Worship Jesus Christ instead of LGTBQ+ ideology 3. Stop affirming mental disorders. 4. Quit denying the fact that men and women are different with unique roles and divine purposes. Reject the modern feminist movement that is destroying society and leading to more stressed and depressed women.

One of the most important aspects of my deconstruction journey was the memes. I hadn’t used Twitter for a long time but found myself back here reading tweets from #exmos (ex Mormons) and #exjws (Jehovahs Witnesses). I needed the humour to lighten the pain of acknowledging how…1/

Back to the workplace after Hawaii post @acm_chi. I am amazed that our paper #EXMOS has already exceeded 100 downloads after the talk last Thursday! https://t.co/dU2GV9Hqp6 If you've questions regarding this work or my future work, I'm happy to chat! #XAI #CHI2024 @AugmentHCI

Mocking #exmos for caring about their lives won't get us to stop doing this perfectly normal thing. It just makes the people doing the mocking look stupid & mean. And it certainly doesn't help with missionary efforts. It doesn't make the COJCOLDS appealing. 11/11

I like Nicolle Wallace precisely because she knows the Republican party well enough from the inside to accurately diagnose its maladies. I like many of the #exmos I interact with on X/Twitter because they can do the same for the COJCOLDS. 10/

But when it comes to #exmos, many Latter-day Saints are precisely that stupid. It's perfectly normal for people to continue to care about their lives & the way they've invested their time & talents, even after recognizing they've belonged to a really flawed organization. 8/

Not everyone who leaves an institution or ideology is mocked & derided for retaining an interest in things that have always interested them, the way #exmos are told continuing to care abt their own lives, families, educations, & religion in general is some sort of pathology. 🧵1/

Here is what #exmos are up against when we talk about what's wrong with the #COJCOLDS & why we left: its loyal members compare it to "Walmart" & "a Nazi concentration camp" in order to deflect from what we're actually saying. It's just so DUMB.

9/🧵receive an announcement. Why? It makes no sense. I am sensitive. So what! It also hurts to be shunned. Do better #LDS community. IRL as much as you pretend we #exmos are not here, or pretend to be cool w/us, we are here & how you treat us is anything but cool. #exmo #LDS

Was looking through some of the comments here from devout LDS members. Apparently I’m not well liked. But really all I’ve done is share questions/thoughts that I and many others have Maybe what I’ve found isn’t the truth. But I’m sharing the truth of what my thoughts are.

These weren't surprising results to me. A number of you also mentioned losing your former community or feeling homeless, which has been brutal for me, too. Any helpful suggestions for #exJWs, #exMos, or others trying to build a new social group/find community?
