Dr. Damulira is an accomplished professional with vast experience and professional skills in accounting, project planning and management, policy analysis, economic management, as well as resource and environmental economics among others. He holds a PhD in Economics, a Masters Degree in Economic Policy and Planning, and a degree in Quantitative Economics, all from @Makerere.
