3 days ago, I raised a service request for my inverter - Docket No. 04086182. The service engineer never called back despite multiple attempts.
Very poor & pathetic response from a reputed brand like Exide.

Testing engineer visited, he suggested to replace the battery but when I visited the nearest Exide dealer he suggested to replace the battery with 50% cost coz I was late with 13days of guarantee due to technical issue. Resolve the issue at the earliest
