🚀 Ukraine's military intelligence reveals specifications of Russia's new Filin missile, with a range of up to 1,200 km According to Ukraine's Defense Intelligence Directorate (HUR), Russia has been using the missile against Ukraine since late summer. The ground-launched missile can carry a 50 kg or 100 kg warhead. Russia claims the Filin has a maximum speed of 800 km/h. It can fly at extremely low altitudes and reach heights of up to 6 km. HUR has published an interactive 3D model of the missile, along with details of its components and electronic systems. According to Ukrainian intelligence, its electronics contain 35 American and 22 Chinese components, while some parts are produced using 3D printing. The engine is reportedly Russian-made, while guidance relies on a Chinese inertial navigation system and a 16-channel Kometa module. The Filin measures 3.5 meters in length, with a 3-meter wingspan, according to HUR.
