"We warmly welcome this milestone and urge all mediation and peace actors to turn its promises into practice. When women are meaningfully included in peace processes, the outcomes are stronger, fairer, and more enduring.
Through its Work, #FemWise-Africa continues to mobilize women mediators and deploy them to African Union preventive diplomacy and mediation missions. This ensures that women take up their rightful place in shaping peace."
