My thoughts on #FH29:
For my team, & a lot of teams, FH29 was the right decision. As this is fantasy football, the right decision does not always lead to the right outcome.
A GW from hell could happen anytime & it just so happens to have happened in a GW when there’s many FHs played.
Nearly everyone has either:
-Played FH29
-WC 27/28
-Not used a chip & taken multiple hits
The benefit of FH29 is that my team is not saddled with many players that I do not want long term. I think there’s only 5/6 outfield players that played in 29 that I would want LT. I would NOT want triple Luton. Look at their next 4 fixtures, horrendous. Managers will be spending their next few FTs getting rid of those players, & hoping that other players in their teams don’t get injured/suspended.
Villa’s fixtures will soon turn. I’m already looking when to transfer out Watkins & he’s my only Villa player.
Who wants Forest players, Brentford players except Toney, West Ham players except Bowen etc etc
The benefit of WC27/28 is to FH34/37. With FH29 done that looks great! But it will harder to get a good BB in 34/37 now that the WC has been played & those teams have some crap players in them.
The benefit of still having WC, FH & BB is obvious. But those managers will hope that future points will more than make up for the recent loss of points/hits taken.
