@SoIsFibroReal So very true!! Some days are more difficult than others, but getting up, out of that bed, putting one foot in front of the other - even if it requires assistance (cane, walker, etc) - is the first step to being a #ChronicBadass. Put some #joy in your step! #FibromytesUnite

I have been referring to myself and those of us with #Fibromyalgia as #Fibromytes for 25 years!! It appears to have FINALLY started to catch on!! #FibromytesUnite!!

If you’re going to claim to have #professional experience in any field, I would suggest you don’t #Literally claim all in that particular field deny say, a #Fibromyalgia diagnosis for example. More concur than deny. #FibromytesUnite #Spoonies #chronicpainisreal #WarriorStrong

Sometimes I can’t believe the naive opinions of some people (trying to be nice). #Fibrowarriors know more about #Fibromyalgia and it’s progession than articles. And a great many Drs. A #scale can’t truly measure #chronicpain #Fibromytesunite #WhatIKnowIsReal #chronicbadass

@SoIsFibroReal @FreddyLawrence1 @PlanetFitness It’s the best thing for a Fibromyte! We may hate it to start with, but by the time it’s over, I feel so good! Tired and sore, but good!! I’d love to see @PlanetFitness have some trainers qualified to help Fibromytes to NOT overdo so they keep coming back!!! #Fibromytesunite
