My big takeaway from the latest set of models at 12Z is I no longer see an escape path to the east of the US if this thing develops. The forecasted high-pressure ridge off the east coast next week is getting stronger with each run. Letโs hope it finds an unfavorable environment, because if it does develop, it will likely affect someone down the road. Canโt say where yet though. So many days to watch.
