@flipkartsupport "Resolution" unlocked!
After days of waiting, @Flipkart support reached out with ultimate solution: Canceling the order because agent couldnt power on a DEAD phone under an "Any Dead Phone" offer.
Give your escalation team a raise for this genius problem-solving! #FlipkartFail
Giving the "Best Fair Trade Practice" award to @Flipkart ! 🏆
Where else can you get an "Any Dead Phone" exchange promotion that gets rejected because the dead phone is... dead? 💀
Order cancelled. Stop the psychological games.

@flipkartsupport False delivery attempts, a rude agent and broken promises—@Flipkart, is this how you treat customers? Repeated complaints get only scripted replies. I’m done. Deleting my account after this ordeal. #FlipkartFail #CustomerService #amazon
Flipkart made me wait DAYS for my prepaid order, then canceled it. 💔
Trust broken. Patience lost. Money utilized without product.I demand penalty, waiver & product ASAP.
Customers deserve justice, not betrayal.

13 days and counting for a 200ml face wash. Ordered Aug 3, shipped Aug 5, delivery failed Aug 12 with zero explanation. Retry pushed from Aug 10 to Aug 16. Is this @Flipkart's idea of 'on track'? @flipkartsupport explain the 7-day slip. #FlipkartFail #ConsumerRights
@Flipkart ordered fridge w/ exchange, delivery guy demanded extra ₹300 to carry old fridge down (we HAVE a lift), I refused. Order cancelled, no reason given. Reordered — SAME team cancels every time, no explanation. Charged ₹99 EACH time for YOUR error. #FlipkartFail
@flipkartsupport On 31st July, you had giving me in writing that issue will be resolved by 8th Aug. Today is that day & we are no where close to resolving anything. Stop asking me to DM & then tell me to show patience. I want my refund back on your rubbish @motorolaindia TV #cheats #flipkartfail
Flipkart couldn't even deliver - they just CANCELLED my order after a week of fake "delay" updates. No product. This is how you lose customers. @Flipkart @flipkartsupport #FlipkartFail
Unbelievable. My delivery date just got pushed AGAIN — Jul 26 → Jul 28. First it was "24th Jul," now its a moving target every single day. This isn't a "slight delay," its flat out incompetence dressed up in fake apologies. Fix your logistics or stop taking orders you can't fulfill. @Flipkart @flipkartsupport #FlipkartFail #ConsumerRights
@Flipkart Order OD337898446580739100: Refund cancelled due to “serial mismatch” in YOUR records, while the same product was delivered by you. Worse, I paid ₹9,595 COD but invoices total only ₹8761! Where is the bill for ₹834? Fix the return, refund & invoice NOW. #FlipkartFail
@satyam__1401 @Flipkart "Same here.@flipkartsupport Facing similar issues with their support team. They are just giving automated replies instead of actual resolution for my damaged item. Clearly, the support system is failing many customers right now. #FlipkartFail" #Boycott_flipkart
Ordered from @Flipkart 3 days ago. Delivery was due 2 days ago — still not here. Support can't resolve it, and their callback option doesn't even list Hindi or English, only regional languages. Shocking for a platform this big. #BoycottFlipkart #FlipkartFail
@Flipkart promises 2-day delivery, delivers in 5+. No real customer support—just auto-generated bot replies on repeat. This isn't service, it's a runaround. no call, no visit, nothing. Just a false entry to cover their delay(Delivery attempted). #FlipkartFail #CustomerService
@Flipkart @FlipkartSupport Your return pickup never happened, I raised a ticket and it got closed WITHOUT any update. This is pathetic customer service. I want this resolved IMMEDIATELY. Order ID: [IN260530090510526014810] #FlipkartFail
18 days since this order with next-day delivery.
Shipment lost, replacement also stuck & delivery dates keep auto-updating without actual dispatch
Today is 6 May & Flipkart still shows delivery by 5 May. No accountability, only scripted replies.

Ordered it on 18 April with next-day delivery. After delays, marked LOST & replacement promised by 1 May. Now even that isn’t shipped yet, & I’m stuck waiting with no resolution.
Done with runaround from ur customer support
Any comment @Flipkart, @flipkartsupport?

Big shoutout @Flipkart @flipkartsupport for the spiritual lesson! 🙏 Your '24-hour assurance' isn't a deadline, it’s a daily ritual. Since every day has 24h, you’re technically 'on time' for the next year? My order is now a timeless heirloom. 🕰️🤡 #FlipkartFail #JagoGrahakJago
Hey @flipkartsupport I paid a premium price for an LG AC, and your installation team couldn't even show up on the promised date. No call. No update. Just random rescheduling?!
Are we fools?
#FlipkartFail
@flipkartsupport @Flipkart Extremely disappointed with your service. My order is delayed and the delivery agent is not responding to calls and declining as well. This is unacceptable. Please look into it urgently and deliver my package. #FlipkartFail
@Flipkart ordered MacBook Air M2 (Order ID: OD336423911492979100) on 3 Jan. Promised delivery 6 Jan, then 10 Jan. Never delivered. Then you cancel & refuse refund to original payment source. Now I must pay ₹4018 EMI charges for a product I never got. Unacceptable! #FlipkartFail
