#fn1010 some of you may have seen the documentary. “What the Health” (it’s on Netflix) and they present the argument that hormones added to meat in today’s food industry may be contributing hugely to early puberty. I am unsure what to believe but it’s a compelling argument

#FN1010 Q4 I would focus on the fact that the Dietary Guidelines suggest eating a balanced diet to reduce the risk of obesity, CVD, DM type 2, and certain cancers in general. Each type of cancer is different, so it is hard to suggest a single dietary modification to encompass all
Q4- I would recommend that the patient have 3 servings of low-fat or fat-free milk per day to ensure adequate nutrition. Diary has been linked to improved bone health, and while having cancer this is important to consume since mobility is limited. #FN1010
