Desiree Perez of ROC Nation was caught conspiring asking a state prospector from her personal email to extend a court case with the intention to intimidate her daughter and her husband.
Tory’s team including his father, Unite the people, @dianalondon_usa and others have accused ROC Nation of colluding with Los Angeles county prosecutorial team and police department.
It has been proven in a court that Desiree used her position at ROC Nation to try and influence a court case there. So why should the entire world not believe that Desiree and ROC Nation did not do the same to Tory ?
Below are court transcripts which features an email of Desiree from her ROC Nation email illegally asking the prosecutor to do her bidding. Though this was proven in a court of law Desiree faced no charges and was not reprimanded for this illegal activity.
ROC Nation is currently being accused of Racketeering (RICO) by the CEO’s daughter in a lawsuit a these revelations may be major for Tory’s case because it establishes a pattern of behavior.
