They can not see the addresses! They could not identify the addresses if they wanted to. Also, if a miner tries to remove a tx(that they can't see) the entire block will be rejected, and a different miner will have their block accepted. This is a major security concern for every transparent blockchain. How long until corrupt governments start forcing miners or validators on your favorite chain to censor tx's? This is just one more reason why a transparent blockchain will never work as censorship resistant digital money.
