#FastAgile solves complex problems with a simple ruleset:
1 - Bring everyone together to work as one Collective.
2 - Visually represent work business goals.
3 - Self-organize and self-select into teams to do the work.
4 - On a short cadence, synch and repeat the above step.
What's the shortest interation timeframe that your team can do and still show "value added" to your work?
#FastAgile uses Value Cycles on a very short cadence to show value creation and synchronize. We reccomend every two days as a good starting place.
Good communication isn't an email or a daily meeting. Asynchronous communication slows down development.
#FaSTAgile brings everyone together, and dynamically forms around the work.
This allows the best people to work on the right work, where and when they are needed.
Teams knowing their purpose is good. Having autonomy with purpose is better.
What we forget is teams need the time to master their work.

Silos create queues of work that clog with work waiting to be done.
Static teams slow down your company. Getting rid of silos unblocks throughput. Dynamic Reteaming allows teams to removes silos.

@martinfowler One of the reasons #FASTAgile intrigues me if that it allows us to make larger teams, which gives us greater flexibility for the #ReverseConwayManeuver. A problem I see with microservices architecture is too many microservices, possibly as a result of too many teams.
