What is the logic of driving license and passport renewals? Do I loose my driving skills or I cease to be Ugandan at some point? Oba it's just for the revenues? #facetechnologies @MoWT_Uganda

@rggoobi #Facetechnologies is for a fact very efficient in its work. The argument that companies should be ugandan-owned should start with inefficient or highly exploitative ones.

What the @MoWT_Uganda & #FaceTechnologies are doing needs to be replicated by every Govt Ministry, Dept & Agency. The 1 hr driving permit renewal promise on website is ACTUALLY kept. Clear comms, social distancing + sanitiser at every desk. #obugalo

I co-sign this thread. In exactly 1h40mins I renewed my driving permit. The fastest record time I've ever spent in any gov't delivery office. Incredible job well done by the team at #FaceTechnologies. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you @Estar_K for this motivation.

Its surprising to find a institution like #FaceTechnologies with top-notch customer care,&efficiency I got my permit in 1hr but I found about 400 people who were served on the same day.👌 Try @NIRA_Ug for ID you will regret being a Ugandan. @sussiekats @MoWT_Uganda @fsnakazibwe

Beware of Permit brokers #facetechnologies who are fleecing off the public. You are supposed to have your fingerprints & photo taken in the facility. No one can do that on your behalf. @kyamageroandrew @fsnakazibwe @MoWT_Uganda @kakensamedia @jkkarungi @YSsempogo @DuncanAbigaba
