#FacesOfTheMission | Feature Friday Shout out to OSC Kevin Hoxworth, this week's Face of the Mission at U.S. Embassy Nassau! Kevin is a Chief Operations Specialist in the U.S. Coast Guard who loved The Bahamas so much during his first tour from 2010 to 2014 that he came back to work with us a second time. When he is on the clock, Kevin works for Operation Bahamas, Turks and Caicos where he plays a critical role in protecting the safety and security of Bahamians and Americans in the Caribbean. In his spare time, he also has a talent for designing challenge coins. This year, he designed two coins for the embassy — one to mark the United States' 250th anniversary and another commissioned by Ambassador Walker to share with embassy friends and guests. Kevin's dedication and creativity represent the best of Embassy Nassau! #FacesOfTheMission #FeatureFriday #USEmbassyNassau

#FacesOfTheMission | Feature Friday This week, we're celebrating Damon and Patrice Campbell, whose remarkable journey at U.S. Embassy Nassau spans 38 years of dedicated service and a lifetime of memories. Patrice serves as the Supervisory Assistant in the Nonimmigrant Visa (NIV) Unit, where she leads a dedicated team that helps people legally travel to the United States for tourism, work, and education. She is especially proud of the friendships she's built over the years and of working alongside colleagues who make a meaningful difference for both U.S. citizens and visa applicants every day. Damon serves as the Customs & Shipping Supervisor in the General Services Office, ensuring official Embassy shipments move efficiently in support of the Mission. One of his proudest achievements was volunteering for the Locally Employed Staff Temporary Duty (LES-TDY) Program in Iraq, serving for nine months in 2010 and returning for an additional three months in 2011, a reflection of his dedication to service wherever it was needed. Their story is also one of lasting partnership. The two met at the Embassy 38 years ago, became best friends, and have now been married for 29 years, proving that sometimes the greatest journey begins at work. Together, Damon and Patrice embody the values of service, teamwork, and commitment. Thank you both for nearly four decades of making a difference and strengthening the U.S. Embassy Nassau community. #FacesOfTheMission #FeatureFriday #USEmbassyNassau #LongestServingEmployee

#FacesOfTheMission | Feature Friday Meet Barbara Wallace, one of the longest-serving members of the U.S. Embassy Nassau team, celebrating 34 years of dedicated service. As Supervisor of the American Citizen Services (ACS) Section, Barbara helps ensure the safety and well-being of U.S. citizens through passport and citizenship services, emergency assistance, welfare checks, support for crime victims, voting assistance, and much more across The Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos Islands. Her greatest reward? Knowing she's helped a stranded American return home or provided support during someone's most difficult moments. 🏆 A career highlight: being named Local Employee of the Year (2025–2026), a testament to decades of service, leadership, and commitment. Thank you, Barbara, for 34 years of exceptional service and for making a lasting difference in the lives of so many. #FacesOfTheMission #FeatureFriday #LongestServingEmployee #USEmbassyNassau
