How dare any legal representative speak this way to their client.
No it is not a clients fault that no #factfind had been done in a #FamilyLaw #FamilyCourt case.
Stop blaming your clients or #LIP.
They put their trust and faith in you.
Yet again @MyCafcass ignoring #DomesticAbuse in cases and using the #PA card.
I'm seeing so many cases like this it's shocking.
The issue a number have as well is they assume the professionals are telling the truth and not believe the parent.
We know professionals are covering this repeatedly from social workers, solicitors, barristers and judges.
We know they've lied in cases.
The one fortunate thing I had was over 100 pages of upheld complaints against social workers plus more after that and a bundle full of evidence which I'd kept.
Everything documented. Recorded phone calls, kept every message or email.
At least I had the truth on my side.
The point is and I'm going to say this I don't give a stuff what a social worker or cafcass have written if you haven't done something no person would accept responsibility for it.
If someone said you had to admit to a murder you hadn't committed would you do it? No.
Stop being so judgemental about your clients and listen to them.
I remember back in 2021 while I was heavily pregnant my barrister having a go at me because of something someone said about me I'd recorded the conversation so I could prove I was telling the truth and she had lied. Cafcass handed in a false statement from this person anyway and her solicitor knew it was false. My barrister had a go at me and I said to her be quiet and listen to the recording.
When you have a solicitor or barrister just taking their word without asking you or if you have any evidence you lose all faith and trust in them

#FamilyLaw have no idea how many victims of #domesticabuse #DomesticViolence are speaking out.
#FactFind is not being done in #FamilyCourt when it is its ignored.
Exes and their repeated false allegations just believed no evidence. Nothing.
It's a sad state and I don't see a way of fixing this.
While the @CommissionerDA is speaking out and done a report it's not going to happen. The harm report did exactly the same.
Things have got worse.
Judgements themselves are criminal.
Cases mismanaged and not applying the law at all seems to he the norm.
Every judge, solicitor and barrister who Is allowing this should be immediately reported.
Solicitors and barristers should be reporting judges and having them struck off.
High court judges and their judgements are just as bad.
I tell you what bothers me when a #factfind isn't done.
The background isn't established.
While #FamilyCourt and #HighCourt say this isn't needed and it shouldn't be done 18 months into a case.
An entire case is created out of a false narrative in #FamilyLaw.
All evidence showed it was my ex who had abused me and kicked off on handovers. #DomesticAbuse #domesticviolence in front of our child.
Under the #DomesticAbuseAct of 2021 that makes the #child a victim of #DomesticAbuse so why aren't #FamilyCourt #judges @MyCafcass recognising this?
What was allowed to be done was my ex insisting I didn't go to see my son walk in on his first day of school as I would kick off.
I never did though and there never had been any accusation that I did previously or after.
Operating in a #trauma response when you're being abused isn't #mentalhealth. It's not #mutuallyvolatile.
The judge and #cafcass tried to stop me watching my son go in and I said no there's never been any accusation that I've ever done this and you don't have the authority to be stopping me watching my child go in on his first day.
The final judge said I'd criticise my ex over handover or question him. Well I've never criticised him over handover or in front of my son. I was made to ask questions as the contact book wasn't brought.
He wanted third party handovers in case I kicked off yet there was no accusation I never did because I didn't.
This is worrying to me because cases are false.
Thsts why a background should be ascertained having 8 or 9 judges in a case doesn't help when no one's looking at the background and linking it and no background has been established.
@MoJGovUK @GOVUK @HouseofCommons @CommonsJustice @CommissionerDA needs to be looking into this.
It's DARVO tactics which the court has helped along all the way through.
It's a significant issue with no #judicial #continuity.
For me there should be a limit on how many judges sit on the case and all should be reading the bundle and establishing the background @JudiciaryUK no final judge who's never sat on a case before and hasn't read the bundle doesn't know the background should be making the final judgement #JudicialReform #JudicialOverhaul #JUDICIAL #Judiciary
Call it what it is. They need to be answerable to the public.
When a case has been in court for 3 years and this hasn't been established you can't ever have a right outcome it breaches #HumanRights to a #fairtrial
