#FactTrekcorrection. Pardon our dust. There was an error where two posts went out prematurely: one missing a photo and the other a day early. Now fixed. "Sorry about that, Chief."
#FactTrekCorrection In our piece Dos Trequies we accidentally posted an incorrect Daily Production Report image. It was May 23, 1966, not June 2nd as described in the article. The correct image now appears in the article. Sorry about that, Chief. #StarTrek https://t.co/j6DOwpw4A3
#FactTrekCorrection. We missed some Starfleet crew from “The Eye of the Beholder" episode of #StarTrek Animated, from the “science ship”/“survey ship” Ariel with a crew of 6. Clearly not a “Starship”. So why the Flying A? Maybe just another Filmation mistake?

#FactTrekCorrection One of our readers caught a link-error in our blog post "Fontana & Barrett Face the Fans, 1972" from Apr 28, which did not point to the correct audio. Here's the correct link. https://t.co/yv67q34zBi
Since @SilverAgeTV blocked us merely for pointing out they were incorrect about #Roddenberry's hand being used for Apollo's, we're gonna show you what they said and BZZZZZT! their arses. Everyone makes mistakes. Just hu-man up and own them. We do (see #FactTrekCorrection).

#FactTrekCorrection! We made a mistake when we set the date for this tweet! It was supposed to go out Oct. 10th, which was Prohaska's actual birthday, but we clicked the wrong doohickus on Twitter. So Happy Belated, Janos!
#FactTrekCorrection. Realizing we made several mistakes in the WhatCulture item '20 Things You Didn't Know About Star Trek: The Motion Picture', and we posted our corrections to our blog, along with why getting it right and owning your mistakes matters. https://t.co/8bRqX6IfIa
#FactTrekCorrection. At the time we posted this it was unclear who had conceived the Flying A/Delta/Arrowhead. @MikeOkuda told us that Theiss claimed he created it. Please see the end tweets in this thread for that.

*—NOTE 1: While there is no evidence as to who suggested a delta, both #Roddenberry and designer Matt Jefferies being aviation guys suggests the idea came from one of them. Theiss was US Navy and less likely to have encountered such symbols, though it’s not impossible.
