@PlayAvengers When did you start charging, just to be able to work on Hero Challenge cards? I thought the point of that was to work on missions and not have to purchase them? I bought the deluxe game and still have to pay for this? The missions are not even new maps. So sad. #Failingcustomers

Still waiting for engineer from @XeroxUK to turn up after a callout was made on Monday morning - one engineer for the whole of the NE England is not good enough - really poor service for the second week running - excuse after excuse from the online helpdesk #failingcustomers

well we must say a huge thank you to @northernassist for their delayed services today... for when they arrived to only have 2 coaches therefore we couldn't fit on the train and missed our booking at the escape room. Christmas day out ruined #NorthernRail #failingcustomers

Ordered from @teefury on June 18. It's been nothing but crickets since then. No response to repeated e-mails and customer service tickets. Order still unfulfilled. Just need to let the #BUYERBEWARE. It appears this is not an isolated issue. #failingcustomers #nocustomerservice
