@DuggSteary Have a duty to students, patients + the profession to flag struggling students to educational institutions + ensure they don't simply pass because they're hitting course milestones. Real issue of #FailureToFail in #Paramedic profession, this needs addressing.

@fabi_and_farhan reminds us that the culture of #failuretofail is not just about identifying who is competent or not There are legal issues, personality issues, and don't forget service issues. #ICRE2021

@shayne_akl Agree totally that leadership is needed here. #FailureToFail is problematic in MedEd anyway but we shouldn’t tolerate cultural unsafe practitioners in the workplace. This should be as important - or more - than whether someone can take a Hx #RascismKills #LIMEConnection2019

$SPX ignored #bearish implications of #TradeWar and #Cohen resignation. #FailureToFail is inherently #bullish according to "principle of underlying trend" – a.k.a. “the dog that didn’t bark." So what’s driving #stocks? Technology-sector #Earnings are a good guess. $QQQ $XLK

There are far more safeguards to protect the individual from legitimately 'failing' than there are to protect the public from falsely 'passing'. #failuretofail #easyoption #safeguardinginequality
