@GJeffHanson @StubHub @TeamStubHub @TeamStubHub, why don’t you invoke the #FanProtect guarantee and provide comparable tickets to the buyer? Also, when the buyer paid for the order six months ago, did you validate if the seller had legit transferable tickets? Seriously, are you running a company or what?

Bought Chelsea vs Brighton tickets from @StubHub for £1,055. Stadium declared them invalid and denied entry. Proof submitted, but no refund yet. This is exactly what FanProtect Guarantee promises to cover — waiting for StubHub to honor it. #FanProtect

@StubHub 3 weeks since my Patriots tickets (Order #619435881) were canceled after transfer. StubHub told me to just “wait it out.” This is my 2nd major failure (turned away at Fenway in 2023 w/fake StubHub tickets). A refund won’t fix this — I need replacement NOW. #FanProtect

Wow...@StubHub built a 4 billion $ company on their #fanprotect guarantee, but when the time came to honor it, changed their policy to NOT refund money as they had promised, but rather to give a credit for future events... #shady https://t.co/sHFLiEGsHU
