続き。FastAPI のフォームモデルで exclude_unset=True を使い、送られた項目だけで部分更新している方へ。
name だけ送ると、既定 True の newsletter は 0.146.0 で true、0.147.0 で false として出力に入ります。送っていない項目が入る点は同じです。
