@FedExHelp I’ve talked to 7 @FedEx agents. None could fix my simple delivery. My 3rd ticket is useless. The 7th promised pickup, but tracking still shows "processing". It is already 4:34pm... My package WILL NOT arrive today and might come after Labor Day. #FedExDisaster #FedExFail

@MichaelRusniak @Evca_Kate2611 @FedExHelp @AnthonyHudnall2 Sorry to hear that. I’m also dealing with a failed @FedEx delivery, customer support seems powerless to fix anything. With the Labor Day rush coming, their high failure rate makes me worry even more. Let’s hope our packages actually arrive safely. #FedExDisaster #FedExFailure

After endless tickets and calls, @FedEx still failed to deliver AGAIN. This isn’t incompetence, it’s utter negligence. #FedExDisaster #NeverAgain

More ineptitude by @FedEx @FedExHelp i just recieved this. I’m actually going to receive this package in the past. Also they still haven’t phoned or followed up on any of my formal complaints from the last #FedExDisaster A useless company.
