Eight miles doesn't suck. It was slow and there was walking. And I had to drop out of the half marathon in a couple weeks. But it doesn't suck. ##ffibro.

I've done some sort of exercise every day for the last 22 weeks for at least half an hour. Sometimes it's a walk that feels like a death march. This morning I ran six miles in the Florida steam bath. Down 28 pounds. #Ffibro #Fibromyalgia

8 miles this morning after a particularly difficult week. Then I got dizzy and had nausea in the shower. Then made the granola and took a nap for 45 minutes. #FunwithFibro #ffibro #fibromyalgia
