Long walkies on the #beach #LowerLargo #FifeCostalPath in such beautiful weather #bliss 🌊 ☀️ popped into the @crusoe_the for more #Feragaia #Mocktails @feragaia #MadeInFife and read Chapter 5 of @Itwitius #TimMarshall ‘The Power of Geography.’ Another #EpicRead #Geopolitics and thoroughly enjoyed and savoured another ‘treat to myself’ healthy supper. Another walk back on the beach. Drove to my mother’s who had made fish cakes from the wild trout a family friend caught in #Aviemore. Had a good old chinwag and we’re planning a special day together soon. Spoke with my sister again driving back. She’s so impressed how I’ve trained him and congratulated me on many things, even thought a client’s house had stamped on on her foot and she’s in agony. We’re both made of tough stuff 💃🏼💃🏻🩵💫 #LovingLifeInFife #FifeLife again. Thank goodness I didn’t move back to where I’m from! #Exhausted but #BlessedAndGrateful for so many reasons and also for the support and motivation from old and new friends 🙏🏻🫠 #NeverGiveUp #KeepMovingForward. Things are sent to test us, often pushing us backwards, but it’s not #failure it’s a #lifelesson to ensure we don’t allow history to repeat itself #resilience #determination #mindset and #courage 🔥🩵🙌🏼✨ Didn’t realise that I’d walked 11km too!

Out speaking to the local Fishers about Restoration Forth and enjoying the stunning views of the Fife Coastal Path. We are only a 1 mile walk from the path, so come and explore our 10 acre site and enjoy a cuppa with a loch view.#generationrestoration #fifecostalpath
