@finalstraw #finalwipe #finalstraw moldy around the lid & all over the cotton cloths (not silver infused bamboo that we were sold) & are falling apart after washing them, also warped/weren’t cut right in the first place. How is this possible? #finalwipefail #finalwipefailure
5/5 I understand the issue with stating that the tabs are sanitizing and that’s ok. I kind of understand the container, however it’s hard to open and the lid doesn’t stay on completely. What I don’t understand is changing the wipes completely. #finalwipefailure
3/5 Not only is it half the size of the wipes we were shown - it is poor quality. I have cotton wipes at home already that are better quality and were cheaper. We were never given updates that the wipes had changed. #finalwipefailure
2/5 Their Kickstarter even stated that cotton wipes are less sustainable & not as good for the environment than bamboo infused with silver. What we got was exactly what the Kickstarter said it was not - cotton. #finalwipefailure
#finalwipe #finalstraw #finalwipefailure 1/5 I’m quite disappointed with the finished product I received - especially the wipes themselves.
I backed this specifically because of the cloths that we were told were anti bacterial, made with bamboo and infused with silver.
. @kickstarter would love to talk to you about this. A lot of Backers are very upset and FinalStraw has responded by blocking people on Twitter and Instagram. #FinalWipeFailure
Hey @FinalStraw just want to be clear, were you lying about “Verified Buyers” actually being your Trial Team and no one who placed orders got them before Kickstart Backers. Or are you lying on Kickstarter and all those reviews are from actual buyers who got them before Backers?
I also got blocked after calling them out for deceptive marketing practices and how they have treated KickStarter backers. Hey @kickstarter this how you let companies act? #FinalStraw #FinalWipeFailure
Final Co blocked me from IG and Twitter for posting a bad review on both after receiving a product that was not what I paid for. It was a bait & switch for their Kickstarter backers & now they are silencing us. Check their Kickstarter - so many upset backers! #finalwipefailure
