.@ONThealth -why are you directing people who want rapid tests (RATs) to local public health units when they know nothing about where the public can access tests? We paid for millions of these tests so where are they? Did @fordnation give them to his friends to sell? #findtheRATs
If our media weren’t so hellbent on pretending covid is over, they’d prob be interested in the fact that @ONThealth says local PHUs are now distributing rapid tests but @TOPublicHealth (and presumably others) are entirely in the dark. Where are the millions of RATs we paid for?
@mustafahirji 🆓 rapid tests are now available in Ontario… with a little work to #FindTheRATs

PSA: 5-pack of Rapid Response COVID-19 Antigen rapid tests currently available (March 6) from cashiers at Sobey's Grand Bend. #FindTheRATs #FreeTheRATs #ctfGrandBendRATs @C19TestFinders
Currently, to find 🆓 RATs in ON, you need internet access to learn about the initiative, transportation to be able to #FindTheRATs, and live in an area within the eligible distribution points. This creates barriers for many trying to protect their loved ones and community /3
Our account is doing our best to try to #FindTheRATs but there is always more that can be done
We continue to urge the government to #FreeTheRATs in a safe, equitable, and accessible way
RATs
-help determine if we are infectious
-are tests we can do at home
-are not logged on medical records
-are expensive to purchase
-have been purchased & provided by the federal government in bulk
-are not being distributed efficiently & equitably

It’s truly unfortunate in Ontario you have to #FindTheRATs in order to #FreeTheRATs
I really appreciate the offers but I wasn't asking anyone to give up their rapid tests! I would hate to do that.
And I'm on Day 3 at least.
I was just making a point about the lack of availability. But thank you so much to all those who offered!
Finally found "free" Rapid Antigen Tests in #ldnont at Byron Metro.
(Quotation marks because nothing's really free under a #CPC government.)

This thread on where Ontarians can #FindTheRATs would not be needed if we could #SendRATsHome 📬
We are happy @fordnation and @celliottability are distributing RATs to the general public, however equity remains an issue, and abusing access is possible without proper recording

Did your school receive any RATs❓
No RATs?
2 RATs for the foreseeable future?
A supply of more than 2 RATs to use in the weeks ahead?
Let us know, help us #FindTheRATs to #FreeTheRAT
@nationalpost We found the RATs right Jack? Ready to give them back to taxpayers?
#FindTheRATs #RapidAntigenTests #ableg
@fordnation This is a cruel and inequitable way to provide Ontarians with access to the key public health tools we all paid for. #FreeTheRATs if you can #FindTheRATs

At Bayshore Shopping Centre for 7am handout of RATs. Need them for my family. Got here at 6:25. It's hopeless. The line goes around the mall and snakes through the vast parking garage.
