Senator John Kennedy says Maxine Waters' continued voting from an Alzheimer's facility represents a constitutional crisis that demands immediate action.

Maxine Waters has been officially declared a "disassociated member" of the House after 45 days of absence.
Under Article 3, Section 7, Speaker Mike Johnson can now call for her removal by simple majority vote.
"She's obviously incapacitated," said one Republican aide. "The seat stays empty until November."
Democrats protected her for months. Now even they can't hide from the truth.
