@lootcrate One day left for this crate but #fireflycrate hasn't shipped since LAST May and is completely unaccounted for since November. STILL waiting on the updates we were promised since January. Why could you never live us back?

@lootcrate The weekend is here, but a year's worth of #fireflycrate is sadly not...

@lootcrate I would have loved a full set of series 1 & 2 of the #FireFlyCrate Q-BITs instead of the 2 boxes of miscellaneous stuff I received or some communication with choices. 😭😭😭

@lootcrate so I got 2 surprise crates today reading they are for my missing #FireFlyCrate really wish I would have been asked what I wanted since some of the stuff I got was repeated, no interest to me & scary. I wish we got a choice, credit or duplicate firefly items 😭😭😭

@lootcrate Two #fireflycrate boxes without #firefly memorabilia? That's not a Firefly Crate - that's a sham and utter disappointment. #cancelled

@lootcrate So I appreciate the sentiment of the box of random gaming crap to make up for the missing Firefly boxes, but honestly it is trash to me. I will be taking everything to a charity shop. I would rather have open communication and refund for missing boxes. #fireflycrate
