Last night I ran out to get stocking stuffers, but Paul & I went so long on the Christmas Eve show, most stores were closed by the time I got there. Limited my gifting options, but constraints enhance creativity. 🤷🏼‍♀️👊🏻 I ended up at Walgreens and while grabbing the stocking stuff, I realized that all the gifts for my husband were practical things (socks/underwear, work stuff, travel mug). He needed something fun & unexpected, so I grabbed this table top pool game. Wouldn’t you know, this eleventh hour afterthought is the winning gift this year. All my Ys are hanging out together, playing games & making memories. My heart is full. Christmas changes as the kids get older. It is good. 🎄🎁❤️ (P.s. On the Cheesecake front, I did the crust. Waiting for the ingredients to get room temp. Also, learned that I have the bottom of a medium spring form pan & the round of large one. At one point I had two sizes. Sigh.)
