@sptulsian #IBCEvolving #RetailInvestors #DeserveRespect for 2 reasons. 1. They ’bought’ #shares under #IPO where ‘P’ is #public!? 2. They were ‘offered’ #shares at #premium & #multiples, paid price already, and #TheReason for #developing #TheAsset as it stands. Aren’t they #FirstLenders.

@sptulsian My question is very simple ... #NCLT cases, when Coy offered #shares at a #premium (in many cases #multiples), should these #investors not identified as #FirstLenders (not bundled with #promoters)? Their #investment helped #projects see the light of the day!? #ShowRespect 🤔😇
