I'm in process of remortgaging. Waiting a response from @FirstPortUK for 50 days; require certificate of compliance from them. Due to their incompetence, I'm on variable rate with my current lender. Paying 50% more than my usual payments. #FirstPortUK #RespondtoCustomers
