#NoCookingSunday #2ndServing #FishLasagna I hardly cooked last week! Mostly 2nd servings! I promise I’ll cook more next week! Today was a 2nd serving of that delish fish lasagne and a glass of white Pousio house wine by @pousiohmr Plenty of time to watch the football & Olympics!

#FridayLunch #FishLasagna #Spinach #MornaySauce Corrected last time’s mistake. Pre-cooked the lasagne sheets. Mornay sauce w fish fumet, stewed spinach, cod & salmon trout. Excellent match w Planalto from Douro (Pt) by Casa Ferreirinha. Fresh, fruity, floral, good acidity. 84-86

#FridayLunch #FishLasagna #Puttanesca Trying something new but not entirely successfully! Fish lasagna with puttanesca sauce (tomato base w capers, black olives, anchovies) Sliced my courgette too thin, pre-cooked my lasagna sheets too long but in the end the taste was excellent!
