Proud of myself for sticking at this gym stuff! Haven't posted much of this as it's not really about looks for me but it reminds me of the headspace I was in when I decided to go hard at it all!
So excited for this year and what we are doing with #fittogame π
Bro this half marathon training has really stepped up a notch! First 10k trail run this morning with my PT Gaby π
She is a weapon but such a good person to keep me going!
The half marathon is in March. I will be ready!

I haven't done an update in a while. These last 4 weeks have been so bad mentally. Back hard as of last week.
Arms look sick in the mirrors at the gym π I got 9 full pull ups today, half of the 10th with thanks to @fitforpurposetv and his tips at the #fittogame event πͺ
Last week was my first week with 5 sessions, sorting my food more and more and I also got some creatine πͺ
This week 5 full unassisted pull ups with proper form! Let's fucking goooooo!!
