The fixed income portion of my portfolio continues to get spanked (and the only time this is good is when Mrs Undervalued is involved). Good news is that I’ll eventually make it back by maturity barring a credit event. As stuff matures I roll over into higher yield #FItwit

@Tommy17_09_ Danke! Carrier Global kannte ich noch nicht. Bei #fitwit wurde ja #Daikin oder #Mitsubishi ins Spiel gebracht. Meine Skepsis: Ich sehe im Wärmepumpengeschäft nirgendwo Burggräben. Die Geräte sind relativ simpel und werden von vielen Herstellern verkauft. Ergo ➡️ kleine Margen.

Building out my CD ladder with non-callable FDIC insured CDs each with monthly coupons which mature in 9, 12, 18, & 24 months. These all yield 4.65 to 4.5%. No markup from @CharlesSchwab on these new issue CDs. I’ll buy 3 & 5 year term CDs from Ally later today #FItwit
