OSSC CGL applicants are not asking for favors — only answers. Portal failed. Payments stuck. No replies. Deadline near. Students stressed & ignored. This is mismanagement, not a glitch. #OSSC #OSSC_CGL #FixOSSC #JusticeForAspirants #OdishaExams #StudentMentalHealth
