When I began running for the board seat in July 2016, I spent much time at the WC and P-Hill stations asking @SFBART riders how I could #FixOurBART. Over 50% said fix fare evasion and you’ll fix a lot. BART doesnt keep data on fare evasion. So I expect other directors who have opposed the focus on fare evasion control will credit ambassadors, BART goods, PR stunts, and expanding service for the ridership bump. 🤷‍♀️
