Then why the DIR fees, the GER fees, the BER fees, why charge to process the claim. If the PBMs are so great and wonderful the pay a fair price for medication and the service of dispensing. #fixPBMs

@pcmanet The same PCMA that supports the PBMs that put gag clauses on our trusted pharmacists to keep them from telling us that our medications would be affordable if we could pay cash instead of using our insurance wants us to believe PBMs are saving money. I don't believe PCMA.

How about this? Force the PBMs to repay all the fees back to the begining to all pharmacies they do not own. A provider should be paid in full for services. #FixPBMS. #truecare

This has to stop. Just looking at Drug Channel Summary Report. 5 of the top 7 issues facing independent pharmacies could be fixed at a wave of the legislative pen. All 5 created to have an unfair market. Give pharmacist a chance and see the change. #fixpbms, #bettercare.
