@DWPgovuk must #FixPIP by: 💙Revising the criteria so they match the reality of life with Parkinson's 💙End arbitrary rules - having to show a symptom affects you 50% of the time or can walk 20m 💙Less reliance on ‘informal observations’ - how someone looks & more on carers’ view

People with Parkinson's, MS, Crohns & Colitis - fluctuating conditions with sometimes invisible symptoms - face common challenges in accessing Personal Independence Payments (PIP). Govt must #FixPIP and ensure the assessment properly recognises invisible & fluctuating symptoms.
