What if people on #FixedTermContracts are assessed separately from #Tenured? Not getting an @nhmrc / @arc_gov_au funding in 1 round impacts those on contracts (many #EMCRs) far more & they would be the 1st to drop out. What is at stake for 2 groups is incomparable.
