#FlapFriday- This patient underwent Mohs surgery for a Basal cell carcinoma of the left lower eyelid. The deep defect was repaired with an inferiorly based rotation flap. In order to prevent ectropion, or pulling the eyelid downward, multiple tacking sutures were placed.
#FlapFriday- This patient had a nodular BCC of the right lower eyelid margin which required two stages of excision to clear. With enough laxity, defects can be repaired with a wedge repair, carefully reapproximating the margin.

#FlapFriday- Mohs cases on the lip-even the cutaneous lip-require consideration of limited tissue to recruit and respect of the free margin. A modified O-to-T (or perialar cresentic advancement) was chosen to close the defect without distortion of the vermillion border.
