@hacp81 I am really curious what H2S plasma #ALDep can bring for other sulfides. The high reactivity at low temperature and the sulfur plasma species seem to allow for growth of S-rich compounds difficult to make by thermal ALD. @TUeindhoven @OxInst #FlexAL2D #PlasmaTech #2Dmaterials
