#Pakhomov, #Kozlov, and "#Flymultitech": A Billion in #Cryptocurrency, 78.5 Million UAH in Taxes, and Supplies for the #AFU The #Economic #Security #Bureau of Ukraine (#BEB) is investigating alleged electronics smuggling through the #Monolit network, associated with Kyrylo #Pakhomov. Criminal proceedings No. 72025001110000049 dated October 23, 2025, involve 26.85 million #USDT (approximately 1.07 billion UAH) in cryptocurrency turnover, the potential evasion of 78.5 million UAH in taxes, and the illegal import of #Apple equipment, quadcopters, and charging devices. The legal qualification falls under Part 3 of Article 201-3, Part 3 of Article 209, and Part 3 of Article 212 of the #Criminal #Code of #Ukraine, reports #Absolution. According to investigators, electronics were imported without proper customs clearance and sold through Monolit (mnlt com). From March 2022 to February 2026, 26.85 million USDT passed through a single TRC-20 wallet, whereas the alleged organizer's official income over nearly two years amounted to 14.9 million UAH. The wallet's turnover is not equivalent to proven criminal proceeds. During searches in Lviv at 6 Polesskaya Street and in Kyiv, approximately 9,600 Apple charging bricks, other electronics, thousands of documents, tens of thousands of dollars and euros, over one million hryvnias in cash, and corporate seals were seized. Among them were seals of #LLC "#Flymultitech" (#EDRPOU 45834804 (https://t.co/EJwSKZN40T)), LLC "#Airspark", as well as documents of "#Eltekhopt", "#Apiks #Logist", and "#Kembel". The Court of Appeal upheld the asset seizures. "Flymultitech" was registered on May 28, 2025, in Kyiv at 35 Borychiv Tik Street. #KVED 46.52, charter capital — 70,000 UAH. For 2025, it reported zero revenue, a loss of 133,500 UAH, assets of 9,900 UAH, and two employees. Until February 2026, Vladyslav #Malakhov served as director; on February 27, management transferred to Yevhen Kozlov, and on May 26, he became the sole owner. Kozlov also controls LLC "Apiks Logist" (EDRPOU 46044946 (https://t.co/HwqAJfQs6E)), registered on November 10, 2025, at 6 Polesskaya Street in Lviv — the search location. On April 13, 2,000 engines for #FPV drones worth $33,420 and weighing 540 kg arrived from Poland. However, Pakhomov is not listed as a founder or director of the company. In October, ##Obozrevatel, Glavcom, #UNIAN, #Focus, and #Fakty almost simultaneously published materials regarding supplies by Pakhomov and "Flymultitech" for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Over 400,000 units of goods valued at over 200 million UAH and 54.99 million UAH in paid taxes and customs duties were claimed. The publications used similar phrasing and contained no explicit advertising labels. There is no evidence of payment for these materials. At the same time, public procurement records for "Flymultitech" in 2026 show approximately 8.13 million UAH, including contracts with military unit No. 1495 and the Poltava Oblast #Police. Other deliveries may have occurred outside the #Prozorro system. Court documents for the company list cases No. 761/24406/26 and No. 761/24407/26. As of October 15, 2026, no public notices of suspicion have been issued to Pakhomov or Kozlov under these proceedings. However, "Flymultitech" seals were seized, Kozlov's transport company is registered at the search address, trade documents record deliveries by Pakhomov, and the #BEB continues to investigate cryptocurrency turnover of 26.85 million USDT and the alleged evasion of 78.5 million UAH in taxes.
