#Ukraine has been asking for help with our air defence since February 24. It's my understanding this kind of military aid is still insufficient.
Day 294. #Dough of resilience.
Sound of air defence working woke me up. It pissed me off so much that I slept till 1 pm. No electricity, so I made panzerotti dough with more liquid. It turned out to be very sticky. I'm curious what the finished product will be like. #FoodAndDays
Day 275. After 33 hours of no electricity, it was back — but only for three hours. I managed to do laundry and make pizza. Perfectly round and well rolled. Was looking forward to unwinding with pizza and tv, but alas. #FoodAndSoul #FoodAndDays

In other news. Made pasta with mussels and homemade ricotta sauce. Fingers crossed after this learning experience I finally know how to make pasta without overcooking it.
