Important to think beyond just 'max force produced' and consider the manipulation of force over time and its subsequent effects on typically looked at variables such as RFD - i.e. the mechanical strategy used to achieve the observed outcome #forceapplication #forcevelocitycurve

@coachnickg on why maximum strength isn't the be-all end-all: Important to consider force application vs just force production - great to be strong, but how do we apply said strength? E.g. ability to apply force quickly in inconsistent & chaotic situations #FSEM2018 @FSEM_ASC2018
