Yes! This is amazing news out of the @TheJusticeDept We have no shortage of plaintiffs here in the Commonwealth. #freekylewayne 🧑🏼‍⚖️ Our judges say the second amendment stops at our borders! How can they keep getting away with it? The people’s lives they are ruining here is enough to keep your department busy for years.

Good morning to everyone in Massachusetts who sees the glaring two-tier justice system in our state for what it really is, a broken mess. Something is seriously wrong when violent offenders get a slap on the wrist, spend barely any time behind bars, and walk right back out on low bail like nothing happened, while nonviolent people are denied bail and left sitting in jail for months. How is that equal rights and justice? It’s not. It is corruption hiding behind politics and favoritism. We need real reform in our justice system here in Massachusetts. Judges and prosecutors should be focused on protecting the public, not catering to criminals or advancing political agendas. Law-abiding citizens deserve a system that is fair, consistent, and rooted in accountability. This is not the kind of justice our Founding Fathers envisioned for America. It is time to restore fairness, rebuild trust, and make sure that justice in Massachusetts means the same thing for everyone, with no exceptions.
