Pima County still wants to kill this poor dog. Jennifer has spent thousands and thousands fighting this. Offered training, fencing, neutering, anything the bureaucrats demanded. The grandmother who got nipped is fighting to bring him home too. Still the system digs in like killing him is the only option that makes them feel powerful. This is not public safety.
